Mexico has natural beauty and an appealing, talented population. Here is a country with great potential and a need for well-educated and highly ethical leaders. Unfortunately, many of the most talented Mexicans end up living and working in the United States.

De Monterrey |
The Tecnologico de Monterrey (ITESM) is the school that the Gallagher scholars attend, which we believe is the finest University in Mexico. In our visits, to both the Monterrey and Chihuahua campuses, we have been impressed with their state of the art facilities and their student centered curriculums.
Rodlfo Bello and Ernesto Rivera are our principal contacts and have presented excellent candidates to us. To find out more about ITESM, please refer to their website at www.sistema.itesm.mx.
Our first five students began their studies in the fall of 2004. There are now 20 Gallagher Scholars in Mexico. 16 scholars are at the Monterrey campus and 4 scholars at the Chihuahua campus. We plan on continuing to select five students per year.
